Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD81 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD81-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, eEF2, and FOXO3a_pS318_S321. Each is linked with CD81 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD81-to-partner and partner-to-CD81 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by CD81-low versus CD81-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD81→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD81) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
