CD80

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD80 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 873 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD80-associated genes across cancer lineages are THRAP3P2, CMC4, and RPL34P19. Each is linked with CD80 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD80-to-partner and partner-to-CD80 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, THRAP3P2 grouped by CD80-low versus CD80-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD80→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD80) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
