CD80

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD80 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD80-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with CD80 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD80-to-partner and partner-to-CD80 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by CD80-low versus CD80-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD80→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD80) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
