CD79A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD79A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,844 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD79A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCSD1, SASH3, and SEPTIN1. Each is linked with CD79A in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD79A-to-partner and partner-to-CD79A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD79A versus RCSD1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD79A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD79A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
