The most reproducible CD74-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of dendritic cell antigen processing and presentation, Positive regulation of antigen processing and presentation, and Regulation of dendritic cell antigen processing and presentation. Each is linked with CD74 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD74-to-partner and partner-to-CD74 results are reported.
