CD72

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD72 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,496 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD72-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNSP6, RNU7-119P, and MTND1P16. Each is linked with CD72 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD72-to-partner and partner-to-CD72 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNSP6 grouped by CD72-low versus CD72-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD72→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD72) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
