CD7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,834 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCSD1, RCSD1_S351, and SAMSN1_S23. Each is linked with CD7 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD7-to-partner and partner-to-CD7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD7 versus RCSD1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
