CD7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,683 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD7-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD72, GIMAP5, and GVINP1. Each is linked with CD7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD7-to-partner and partner-to-CD7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD7 versus CD72 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
