CD7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 200 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6074, MIR513B, and RNU6-241P. Each is linked with CD7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD7-to-partner and partner-to-CD7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6074 grouped by CD7-low versus CD7-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
