Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CD69 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CD69 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher CD69 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CD69 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, STAD, and PRAD are the cancer types where CD69 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
