Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD69 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,968 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD69-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPN6, PTPN7, and PTPRC. Each is linked with CD69 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD69-to-partner and partner-to-CD69 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD69 versus PTPN6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD69→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD69) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
