Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD69 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,004 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD69-associated genes across cancer lineages are JAK3, DOCK8, and CRTAM. Each is linked with CD69 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD69-to-partner and partner-to-CD69 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD69 versus JAK3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD69→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD69) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
