Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD69 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,277 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD69-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOL12, RPL23AP84, and H2AZ1. Each is linked with CD69 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD69-to-partner and partner-to-CD69 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NOL12 grouped by CD69-low versus CD69-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD69→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD69) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
