Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD69 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD69-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, FOXO3a_pS318_S321, and FOXO3a. Each is linked with CD69 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD69-to-partner and partner-to-CD69 results are reported.
