Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD69 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,245 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD69-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to type I interferon, Cellular response to type I interferon, and Regulation of viral budding via host ESCRT complex. Each is linked with CD69 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD69-to-partner and partner-to-CD69 results are reported.
