CD68

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD68 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,162 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD68-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of antigen processing and presentation, Fc receptor mediated inhibitory signaling pathway, and Positive regulation of phagocytosis. Each is linked with CD68 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD68-to-partner and partner-to-CD68 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of antigen processing and presentation grouped by CD68-low versus CD68-high in SCLC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD68→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD68) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
