CD68

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD68 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,014 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD68-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPCP20, RNU1-64P, and CCL5. Each is linked with CD68 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD68-to-partner and partner-to-CD68 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPCP20 grouped by CD68-low versus CD68-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD68→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD68) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
