Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD68 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,331 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD68-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of dendritic cell antigen processing and presentation, Negative regulation of antigen processing and presentation, and Regulation of dendritic cell antigen processing and presentation. Each is linked with CD68 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD68-to-partner and partner-to-CD68 results are reported.
