Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CD63 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CD63 data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher CD63 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CD63 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ACC, CESC, and SKCM are the cancer types where CD63 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
