Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD63 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD63-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ naive T-cells and Melanocytes. Each is linked with CD63 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD63-to-partner and partner-to-CD63 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD8+ naive T-cells grouped by CD63-low versus CD63-high in UCEC.
