Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,913 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASAL3, PSMB10, and PTPN7. Each is linked with CD6 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD6-to-partner and partner-to-CD6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD6 versus RASAL3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
