Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,973 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD23A, CKS2, and LONRF2P5. Each is linked with CD6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD6-to-partner and partner-to-CD6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAD23A grouped by CD6-low versus CD6-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
