Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD6-associated genes across cancer lineages are S6, 4E-BP1, and eIF4E. Each is linked with CD6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD6-to-partner and partner-to-CD6 results are reported.
