CD6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD6-associated genes across cancer lineages are DYTN, MS4A13, and OR4C12. Each is linked with CD6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD6-to-partner and partner-to-CD6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DYTN grouped by CD6-low versus CD6-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
