CD6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD6 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,449 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC27A1, HECW2, and CLSTN2. Each is linked with CD6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD6-to-partner and partner-to-CD6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC27A1 grouped by CD6-low versus CD6-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
