CD59

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD59 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 120 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD59-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01338, RN7SKP221, and TRDD1. Each is linked with CD59 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD59-to-partner and partner-to-CD59 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01338 grouped by CD59-low versus CD59-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD59→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD59) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
