CD59

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD59 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,307 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD59-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITGA3, DDX60L, and AXL. Each is linked with CD59 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD59-to-partner and partner-to-CD59 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD59 versus ITGA3 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD59→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD59) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
