CD53

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD53 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD53-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, TSC1, and ATM. Each is linked with CD53 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD53-to-partner and partner-to-CD53 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by CD53-low versus CD53-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD53→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD53) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
