CD52

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD52 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD52-associated genes across cancer lineages are UGT2B10, RN7SL267P, and RN7SL470P. Each is linked with CD52 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD52-to-partner and partner-to-CD52 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UGT2B10 grouped by CD52-low versus CD52-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD52→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD52) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
