CD5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,068 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01205, RPL12P3, and BTG3P1. Each is linked with CD5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD5-to-partner and partner-to-CD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01205 grouped by CD5-low versus CD5-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
