CD5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD5 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are pDC, Neurons, and CD8+ naive T-cells. Each is linked with CD5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD5-to-partner and partner-to-CD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, pDC grouped by CD5-low versus CD5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
