CD46

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD46 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD46-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, eIF4E, and Ku80. Each is linked with CD46 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD46-to-partner and partner-to-CD46 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by CD46-low versus CD46-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD46→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD46) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
