Cross-omicsMUTATION → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD46 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD46-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSK2276186C, LMP744, and GW-2580. Each is linked with CD46 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD46-to-partner and partner-to-CD46 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSK2276186C grouped by CD46-low versus CD46-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD46→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD46) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
