Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD40 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,055 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD40-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of interleukin-4-mediated signaling pathway, Positive regulation of protein kinase C signaling, and Response to 3,3',5-triiodo-L-thyronine. Each is linked with CD40 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD40-to-partner and partner-to-CD40 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of interleukin-4-mediated signaling pathway grouped by CD40-low versus CD40-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
