CD38

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD38 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,947 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD38-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLR3KP2, KMT5AP1, and RASSF1-AS1. Each is linked with CD38 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD38-to-partner and partner-to-CD38 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POLR3KP2 grouped by CD38-low versus CD38-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD38→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD38) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
