Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CD37 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CD37 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher CD37 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CD37 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CHOL, UCEC, and COAD are the cancer types where CD37 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
