CD34

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD34 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,539 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD34-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNURFL, MIR8053, and PRDX2P2. Each is linked with CD34 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD34-to-partner and partner-to-CD34 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNURFL grouped by CD34-low versus CD34-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD34→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
