CD34

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD34 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD34-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, 4E-BP1, and eEF2. Each is linked with CD34 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD34-to-partner and partner-to-CD34 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFRC grouped by CD34-low versus CD34-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD34→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
