CD34

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD34 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD34-associated genes across cancer lineages are AKR1D1, MMP27, and SPATA4. Each is linked with CD34 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD34-to-partner and partner-to-CD34 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AKR1D1 grouped by CD34-low versus CD34-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD34→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
