Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD33 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,470 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD33-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SASH3, SKAP2, and TNFAIP8L2. Each is linked with CD33 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD33-to-partner and partner-to-CD33 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD33 versus SASH3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD33→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
