Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD33 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,816 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD33-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02210-CRHR1, MIR1255B2, and GPATCH11. Each is linked with CD33 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD33-to-partner and partner-to-CD33 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02210-CRHR1 grouped by CD33-low versus CD33-high in LUAD.
