Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD33 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD33-associated genes across cancer lineages are AR, 4E-BP1_pS65, and FOXO3a_pS318_S321. Each is linked with CD33 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD33-to-partner and partner-to-CD33 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AR grouped by CD33-low versus CD33-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD33→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
