Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD33 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,107 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD33-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are NADH dehydrogenase complex assembly, Mitochondrial respiratory chain complex I assembly, and Regulation of skeletal muscle contraction. Each is linked with CD33 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD33-to-partner and partner-to-CD33 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NADH dehydrogenase complex assembly grouped by CD33-low versus CD33-high in PANCREAS.
