Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD33 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD33-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1L1, IFNA14, and OR10G4. Each is linked with CD33 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD33-to-partner and partner-to-CD33 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1L1 grouped by CD33-low versus CD33-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD33→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
