Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD33 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,859 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD33-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRLR, EPG5, and COL1A2. Each is linked with CD33 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD33-to-partner and partner-to-CD33 results are reported.
