CD320

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD320 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 196 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD320-associated genes across cancer lineages are LARP7P2, TRAJ29, and RPS24P12. Each is linked with CD320 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD320-to-partner and partner-to-CD320 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LARP7P2 grouped by CD320-low versus CD320-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD320→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD320) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
