Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CD302 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CD302 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher CD302 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CD302 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA and LIHC are the cancer types where CD302 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
