Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD302 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,141 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD302-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Post-translational protein targeting to membrane, translocation, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Golgi vesicle transport. Each is linked with CD302 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD302-to-partner and partner-to-CD302 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Post-translational protein targeting to membrane, translocation grouped by CD302-low versus CD302-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
