CD300H

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD300H RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,246 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD300H-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HCK, FGR, and ITGAM. Each is linked with CD300H in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD300H-to-partner and partner-to-CD300H results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD300H versus HCK in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD300H→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD300H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
