Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD300H RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 765 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD300H-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan catabolic process, Regulation of nitric-oxide synthase activity, and Negative regulation of blood circulation. Each is linked with CD300H in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD300H-to-partner and partner-to-CD300H results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan catabolic process grouped by CD300H-low versus CD300H-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
